The Off-Ramp
Every GLP-1 program sells the climb. We built the way down.
You're not looking for someone to put you on something. You're looking for someone who has already thought about taking you off it — and will write that part down before you start.
Most programs end the day the prescription does
The medication does its job while you are on it. That part is not in question. What almost nobody sells you is the other half — what happens to your muscle, your appetite and your training when the dose starts coming down.
Ask a GLP-1 provider what your step-down looks like and watch what happens. Most do not have an answer, because most of them do not make money when you stop.
We wrote the answer first and built the program backwards from it.
Four phases, and the last one is the point
Reset
Labs, a full intake, and a starting dose set by your provider rather than a default one. We also get an honest read on how you are eating and training, because that is what the taper will eventually rest on.
Recalibrate
Your dose finds its level under provider supervision, while we start building the protein and training floor underneath it. Two things happen at once here, on purpose.
Reinforce
The phase the rest of the category skips entirely. Strength work, protein targets and nutrition support, so that something is actually holding before the dose comes down.
Release
You step down on a schedule your provider sets and your coach holds. It is written into your protocol in the first week — not improvised at the end. Ask us for your date before you pay for anything.
The thing that is hard to get back
You have probably seen it happen to someone. They come off a GLP-1 smaller but softer, with less strength than they had before they started. Rapid loss takes muscle with it unless something is actively working against that.
Nutrition is in-house here, not a disclaimer at the bottom of a page. Protein targets are written into the protocol. Strength work is not a suggestion at the end of a call — it is the phase the whole taper is built around.
You'll know it's working when
Not on the scale, and not on a schedule we invented. Picture the weeks around your first dose reduction. Here is what tells you the floor is holding.
- The week after a step-down feels roughly like the week before it.
- You're still adding weight to the bar while the dose is coming down.
- Your appetite comes back and it doesn't run the day.
- You stop thinking about the next injection as the thing holding it all together.
And you'll measure all of it against your own last six months — not against somebody else's before-and-after.
What we will not tell you
- We will not promise the weight stays off. That depends on what you do next, and anyone who promises it is selling you something.
- We will not put you on a dose and leave you there. Your protocol has a step-down written into it from the first week.
- We will not hide the cancel button. There is a review before anything renews.
- We will not show you a before-and-after. It is the wrong picture for what we are building.
Questions people actually ask
I am already on a GLP-1 with another provider. Can I switch?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways people start here. Bring your current dose and your most recent labs.
What if I am not ready to come off?
Then you are in Recalibrate, and that is fine. The point is that the date exists and you know what it is. Nobody is pushing you off early.
Do I have to do the strength work?
It is the part that makes the rest of it work. Your coach builds it around what you already do rather than handing you a program you will not follow.
Who decides my dose and my taper?
A licensed provider, always. Your coach holds the plan, tracks what is changing, and hands anything medical back to the clinical team. She does not prescribe and she does not interpret your labs — that separation is deliberate.
Is a consultation required?
Yes. Prescription items require a telehealth consultation and provider approval before anything is dispensed.
I have never taken a GLP-1 and I am not sure I want to.
Then this is probably the wrong door. Baseline is the track for women who already train and want to know what they are working with first.
Ask us what your step-down looks like.
Thirty minutes with a wellness coach. No card, no pitch. If a GLP-1 is not the right tool for you, we will say so.
